Corrections and right of reply
Did we get it wrong? Tell us. We fix it fast and say what changed.
Request a correction
What to send us
Write to contato@migraspace.com — or use the contact form — with three things:
- O address of the piece (copy the link from your browser's address bar).
- A exact sentence that is wrong.
- If you can, the source that shows the correct information — the number of the legal act, the official page, the document.
You do not need to identify yourself to request a factual correction. You do need to in order to exercise the right of reply.
Deadlines
What happens next
- 48 working hours — we acknowledge receipt and tell you whether we will correct it, need to check further, or why we disagree.
- The same day, whenever possible — when the error is about a deadline, an amount or a legal requirement. Those are the errors that make someone lose an application, so they jump the queue.
- Right of reply — people or organisations directly named in a piece have a right of reply, published with the same prominence as the original piece.
How we flag it
Three levels, depending on what changed
- Correction — a fact was wrong. The text is corrected and the piece shows, at the end, what was changed and when.
- Update — the fact was right at the time but changed later (a new order, an extended deadline). The piece is updated, with the update date shown.
- Withdrawal — reserved for cases where the piece cannot be salvaged. The address stops showing the text and explains why it was withdrawn. We never delete addresses silently.
In no case do we rewrite a piece without saying so. The update date is published on the page and in the piece's structured data, which makes it visible in search results too.
