By creating an account or using MigraSpace, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The platform

MigraSpace is a professional social network bringing together information, opportunities (jobs, scholarships, calls, events, training), communities, mentoring and content about the migration journey. The information is for informational purposes and does not replace individualized legal, migration or professional advice.

3. Registration and account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. User conduct

You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, misleading or that infringes the rights of others; not to engage in harassment, spam or fraud; not to collect other users' data without permission; and not to attempt to compromise the security of the platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you publish

You keep ownership of the content you publish and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content on the platform in order to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and declare that you have the necessary rights to do so.

6. Third-party opportunities and content

Jobs, scholarships, calls, events, news and links published may come from external sources. We make efforts to organize and verify information, but we do not guarantee availability, accuracy or application outcomes. Always check details and deadlines at the official source before acting.

7. Mentoring and communities

Mentors and communities offer peer guidance and support. Opinions and guidance are the responsibility of those providing them and do not constitute formal professional advice from MigraSpace.

8. Intellectual property

The MigraSpace brand, design, texts and software are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.

9. Limitation of liability

MigraSpace is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities or decisions made based on platform content. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You can close your account at any time in your profile settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised version.
